Watching movie!

The last Sunday, I went to watching the movie, "The Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" because I like this series and the actors, Johnny Depp, Orland Bloom, Geoffrey Rush, and Keith Richards.
I was interested in the story when I watched the first story, so I watched the second movie, too.
Through the series, I think it is the amusing stories and characters, especially "Captain Jack Sparrow".

Book Review 1-06

Today, I read this book, "SHERLOCK HOLMES short stories" because I'm interested in the stories of Sherlock Holmes. There are three short stories in this book, for example, THE SPECKLED BAND, A SCANDALIN BOHEMIA, and THE FIVE ORANGE PIPS. In this occasion, I will write about THE SPECKLED BAND.

One morning, a young woman, Helen Stoner, came to see Holmes and she asked him to solve a case which is that her younger sister died 2 years ago. When her sister died, she was only thirty and her hair was already grey. Now Helen's hair is just like her hair, so she thought that she was also died because her hair turned grey. they had a stepfather and his room is next to her sister's room. she said her sister heard strange noises such as a whistle and a minute later the sound of falling metal from his room when her sister died.
Mr. Holmes decided to help her, so he went to her house and investigated the case staying overnight there. There were a lot of wild animals and the gypsies. He searched her sister's room and he found clues to solve the case. these were the bell-rope and the air-vent.
He said that the criminal was a snake. The snake came through the air-vent and down the bell-rope, and on to the bed, so the snake bit and killed her.
However, the real criminal was their stepfather because he masterminded the snake, so the sound of a whistle and falling metal to order the snake.

I was surprised that their stepfather was the criminal, so I enjoyed reading this book.

My favorite band on TV!

Yesterday, I watched the TV show, "ROCKET COMPLEX" which is an access program in Kumamoto because my favorite band got on the TV show. The band is "the pillows".
They released a new CD, "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!", so they appeared on the TV show to promote the CD. Of course, I bought it.
They talked about their new CD, for example, "What did they express in their CD?", "What made you decided to write music?" In addition, their promotional video was broadcast in the TV show.

MEGA TERIYAKI!!

I had a "MEGA TERIYAKI" for lunch on Saturday.
I think probably this hamburger is about twice as big as a hamburger, so I have a full stomach and tastes better than "MEGA MAC" which is a first "MEGA~" series.

My favorite band will be reunited!!

Yesterday, I knew so happy news for me.
"X-JAPAN" , one of my favorite bands, will be finally got back together!!
This news was reported by Sport Nippon which is one of sport journal.
Anyway, I'm so happy because they will play a live show in this year. When the live shows are realized, I go to their live at any cost!! Only please be reunited!!

Book Review 1-05

I read "GHOST IN THE GUITAR". When I found this book and looked at this book cover, I thought it was cool and interesting. So, I read this book.

Katherine, main character of this story, and Tom, her boyfriend, spent happy days in their band, Steel City. Member of the band were Katy (Tom called her "Katy"), Tom, Aruna and Danny. Katy played the Keyboard and Tom played the guitar. Aruna was their bassist and Danny was their drummer.
They practiced their instrumental to win "The Battle of The Band". It was a big competition for bands because the winners of the competition were able to make a CD at a local record company. They hope their own CDs so they want to win the competition.
One day, Tom's guitar was broken through Katy's carelessness so they went to buy the new guitar but they had only a little money and couldn't buy most of the guitar.
A few days later, the trouble began. Suddenly Tom can play the guitar very well, but he seemed to be a different person like changing another person. He was always very kind to everyone but then he was always angry. Katy wondered how he changed. She investigated his new guitar so she knew the secret of the guitar.
The truth is ghost’s work. The ghost is a great guitarist who died 20 years ago. He and members of his band couldn't win the competition so he was angry. After that, he died in a car crash. The guitar Tom bought was his one so the ghost inhabited the guitar.
As a result, Tom went back to be himself because Katy broke the guitar. However, the ghost wasn't such a bad person because he just wanted to win the competition.

Through this story, I sympathize with Tom or the ghost because they just wanted to play the guitar well. I also like playing the guitar and think so. I think it wouldn't hurt to be possessed by the ghost if I play the guitar well.

Essay4 My Memorable Day

I have a lot of memorable days so I will talk about one of my memorable days. I think it is a trip to Yokosuka with my family.

When I was 18 years old and a cram school student in the summer vacation, I went to Yokosuka because I wanted to go “hide museum” in Yokosuka. I’m a big fan of hide. I had never been there, but the museum was going to close in September of that year so I once wanted to go there anyway. Of course I was a cram school student so I had to study more and more to pass university entrance exam, but I thought I lived to repent if I didn't go there.
When I went there actually, I was deeply moved by a lot of displays about hide such as his guitars, his photo, his stage costumes and his hand written song lyrics and so on. After that, I went shopping in “LEMONed SHOP”, which was produced by hide. There are many goods of limited edition so I bought the goods.

That is why my memorable day is this trip. It was quite special trip for me so I know I’ll miss him forever.
